Good Work

Imagine you are a scientist and you have created a new potion.  Write what your potion does.  Describe its power and how you can use it to help the world.

In recent years, the greenhouse effect is going worse.  As you know, our earth is made up of 70% sea.  The ocean drives natural systems and makes the earth habitable, but the factories are polluting the earth, which make it warmer and causing the ice in the North Pole to melt into the water.  Being a scientist, I feel duty-bound to help the world.

I would like to make a potion that helps people breathe in the sea.  On one hand, if the people take the potion once, they can live under the sea for a year.  Also, the people can dive deeper and explore the underwater world that no one has ever seen.  Maybe we can build another Atlantic City under the water in the future.

On another hand, what if you don’t like to live in the underwater world?  The potion can help you walk under the water and you can save the people who do not know how to swim.  Everything sounds good to be true, doesn’t it?  How I wish I can help the earth one day by creating a new potion!
